i know of a city of sin, that's the place that i want to met you in.

okay okay..... first post of the new year, i am behind on pretty much everything and i love it. new year's was a complete gas, i had a very sweet one! and this year looks good so far- babies(YAY! EVE!!! aka cutest baby ever), family, friends, le sigh!

have you ever just really adored the way someone's mind works? i feel like every day i understand his a little more and everyday i fall a little harder. pretty lovely really, pretty brilliant actually. i have never had so much fun with someone doing anything, everything and nothing. makes sense right?

so, all in all, i have been absent-yes, but hopefully by the end of the month i will have songs recorded, trips booked, and hilarious pigbot stories to show for it. happy hump day, the end.

like a fool he fell in love with you.

"Clapton once showed up drunk at Harrison’s home and engaged the Beatles’ guitarist in a rock duel. “George handed him a guitar and an amp — as an 18th-century gentleman might have handed his rival a sword — and for two hours, without a word, they dueled,” Boyd recalled. “At the end, nothing was said but the general feeling was that Eric had won. He hadn’t allowed himself to get riled or go in for instrumental gymnastics as George had. Even when he was drunk, his guitar-playing was unbeatable.”

*layla was named after the song that essentially ruined patti and george. at least this classic rock affair didn't ruin their friendship, george even attended their wedding.
