oh hi, these are my new glasses-ish.
i am steamed about it though. i had glasses before, and i left them on my desk at work, thinking they were safe. i was terribly wrong. in the 12 hours i was away from my desk, the night cleaners had managed to break my glasses and put them back on my desk sans one arm, thinking i wouldn't notice. i noticed...and because my glasses were 'silhouettes' the arm could not be replaced because it would need to be re-threaded thus costing more than new specs.

have a speedy recovery my dear. beaner, bug and i saw this dude in the flesh, in this exact outfit while having sups on a patio. this dude got thrown off his bike and broke his collarbone, sadface. i love sloan, always have and always will. would be watching gremlins 2 this afternoon if it weren't so gosh darn gorg outside. pul-ease!!!

oh dear- i dislike this photo so much, but thought it would be appropriate, it being the long weekend and all. the pig looks stunning as per usual, but it makes me look like a dead beat mom, so skid. i wasn't around for this photo op to be able to whisk the pig out of harms way (aka- drinking moosehead off a cottage rock).

pig is going to grandma's for the long weekend, and i am off to halifax till tuesday, some solid beaner time in my near future, i picture us swimming, drinking margaritas, spooning and dancing. in fact- i am not doing anything unless it involves one of these things. or all of them at once.

then pick pig up and take her to the cottage- sigh- amy, stu, dottie, neko, simon, bug and bot. perfection really.
week off here i come!
